Barbara Niven helps restore confidence. When you first walk into Barbara’s studio, you may not know what to expect. But the first thing that greets you is the most luscious, sincere and safest hug you have ever felt–possibly in your whole life! Barbara is a beautiful, warm and heartfelt woman, who gives with her soul and merely for the love of doing so. She is even more beautiful on the inside than she is on the outside, if you can believe it. That in itself is a virtue, which can change the life of a business person or a new actor (her typical clients), or the lives of domestic violence survivors like the few who met with her that day. She removed all the blocks they were experiencing in sharing personal stories with ease and grace, a talent not many people possess. All left the workshop feeling more confident and excited about sharing their testimonies at the next Safe Passage event.
