We now live in a world where video is commonplace. From video email and YouTube to individual and corporate presentations. If you are like me, the first time I viewed my own video performance I was horrified. “”Can I really be that bad?” Then I trained on-camera with Barbara Niven. I find myself practicing the skills she taught nearly every day because they also transfer over to public speaking, presenting, and general communication. Thank you, Barbara.
