Want to hear a podcast full of GOOD news for a change? I’m so excited to be joining the President and CEO of American Humane Dr. Robin Ganzert this Thursday at 11am PST on their #FiresideChat podcast!
I can’t even begin to tell you how much this organization means to me. They do so much for so many animals, people, veterans and shelters in need across the country. 💖🐾
If you can, join us tomorrow by calling in on their toll free number below. Or you can listen to the new episode when it airs by visiting their website at: AmericanHumane.org/blog
PS – This photo is so special to me. Last year I was able to deploy for American Humane to help rescue 250 dogs from a hoarder situation. When I pulled up to the site, this truck was the first thing we saw. It has photos of three of my dogs on it: Meggy (the chubby white Chihuahua by my hand), Pepper (the slender Chihuahua above her to the left), and sweet little Lucy (the Yorkie on the door by my other hand). Pepper and Lucy have since passed, but seeing them there when we arrived was so special and it literally made me cry. It was like they were angels watching over us while all the dogs were getting rescued. Thank you #AmericanHumane for allowing my fur babies to be on this truck. I’m so honored and grateful that you are keeping their spirits alive!
