Right now it’s easy to focus on the things that are going wrong. There is so much fear, devastation, loss, panic, uncertainty. Those are all very dark emotions. Darkness begets darkness and we only get more of the same. But what is the opposite of the dark? Light. And Love. And Gratitude. What if we all join together right this very moment, where ever we are in the world, and concentrate on only love and light and gratitude for what we do have. Those are healing emotions, and exactly what the world, and each of us, needs right now. Right this very moment I am sending you joy and light and love.
