Please see beyond politics. The March is not about Democrats or Republicans or even just women’s rights. It is about humanity and equal rights for all in this country. We are America. WE… every single one of us. We must unite and stand together to make sure no one gets left behind over the next four years – no matter who you voted for.
Stay awake, stay active, stay loud, and stay engaged. Call your politicians weekly and tell them you are watching them. Again, this is no matter who you voted for. It is time to heal this country and come together for the good of all.
When you see injustice done to one person, speak up for them and for all of us, because each one of us (no matter what our “labels” are) could be next. We must be courageous and vigilant and have each others’ backs going forward.
They have awakened a sleeping giant and millions of Americans have just put them on notice. Every step of the way we will hold them accountable to us as individuals, as a nation, and as a planet.
