Life

“What will your Life Legacy be? Have you thought about it? If not, you should. Life is short, and there are no guarantees. I went to a memorial service today for my dear friend, Susan Levin. Her passion was connecting people. Today we all sat around in shock, talked about how much we miss her, and told stories of how she touched our lives. Over and over people said she’d given them “wings.” What agreat legacy! I read that when someone dies, we should adopt one of their best traits as our own to keep the memory alive. I will do that to honor Susan, and promise to keep paying it forward. But it’s still hard to catch my breath. She is gone.

Death is a cold, hard wake up call. The lesson? Stop squandering energy on things that don’t matter. You are here for a reason. Get busy. If you knew you were going to die in a year, or six months, or even tomorrow… how would you spend your time? Would your priorities change? Change them NOW. Because when it’s all said and done, what will people say about you? Decide what you want your Life Legacy to be. Then start creating it. NOW.

God bless you, Susan. See you in the Light. xo
