You'll find News & Updates from
previous years in this area. It's always amazing looking back
and seeing how much fun I had doing what I love. Thank you all
for the love and support!
2005-2006
NEWS & UPDATES "All You've Got" (formerly called "Rumble!")
premiered on MTV and is now available on DVD. It's a film from Paramount/MTV
about girls' volleyball, and how sports can cross cultures and bring people
together. Doug Savant from "Desperate Housewives" plays my husband, Sarah
Mason is my daughter, and the singer Ciara has a lead role. (Click here for
an article about her in it). The fab Ms. Neema Barnette directed - she's now in my
top three favorite directors I've ever worked with. Not only is she a true actor's
director, she kept us all laughing. She's famous for yelling "Print that
Sucker!" every time she loves a take!
The next issue of my Official Dreamers Network eZine is coming out
soon! Peek at what you're
missing if you don't sign up! The next issue comes out soon, so don't
wait! I'd love it if you'd join the Dreamers Network, visit the registration page to be a
part of the fun!
I was a celebrity judge at the first annual REBEL PLANET Film Festival. Check out their website for details.
I
spoke at the 2006 Environmental Expo fundraiser for Cal State San Bernardino. Many
thanks and a standing ovation to all those Environmental Educators out there (including my
daughter Jess) whose dream it is to make us aware of and appreciate all the wondrous
things on this planet! Let's all do our best to help them make their dream come
true! Recycle! Renew! Make it personal, because it is. Every
living thing is counting on us.
"Double Cross" with Yancy Butler and Bruce Boxleitner, is in repeats on Lifetime, so
check your local listings for times. Yancy is the greatest - we had a blast! My
last Lifetime movie "Stranger In My Bed"
is in reruns too, so check your local listings. It's a thriller about domestic
violence, with Jamie Luner and Chris Kramer.
My Guest Star episode of NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service
won the ratings for the night. I played a forensic anthropologist with a huge crush on
"Ducky", played by the wonderful David McCallum. Mark Harmon was an
absolute doll to work with too. The episode is called "Silver War",
directed by one of my fave directors, Terrence O'Hara (who I met during my old "Silk
Stalking" days.) Watch for reruns!
"Never Enough" is in post-production. It's an outrageous comedy about greed
and lust, and boy was it fun to do comedy again!!! I star as a spoiled rich wife who
lives to excess with my husband, never happy or satisfied. Then we lose
everything...and learn what really matters in life.
