The Dreamers Network means so much to me. I started it
six years ago as a way to inspire other people to live
their dreams, as I have been doing for twenty years as an
actress. It's been a great support group, and such a
source of encouragement! A place to share our hopes and
dreams, our successes and setbacks...and a place to
celebrate the journey together.
Life is so great when you love what you do! Thanks for
the inspiration and support you've given me over the
years. This is my way of sending it right back to you.
It's incredible to know that everything is possible and
waiting for us to make it happen. And it's so much
easier than we think! If I can do it, anyone can do it.
Make your Intentions powerful! Don't settle for less
than wonderful in your life! And don't give up five
minutes before the miracle!
Let's get on with this issue and remember... Live Your
Dreams!
God bless, and best of luck!

"Back To You and Me"
In the summer of 2004 I was lucky to
visit the set of the Hallmark movie, “Back To
You and Me”, lucky because my friend Barbara
Niven was starring as Connie in the movie. But
also because it gave me a chance to bring my
work and personal life, a much needed vacation,
together while visiting the set.
It’s rare for anyone to see the behind-the-scenes
workings of a movie being filmed. My work while I was
there was to capture that rare behind-the-scenes look of
a movie that just happened to also star a close friend
doing her job. Then try to bring it all back to those
who visit Barbara’s website.

"Twenty years from now, you
will be more disappointed by
the things you didn't do than
by the ones you did do. Sail
away from the safe harbour.
Catch the wind in your sails.
Explore. Dream. Discover!"

I would have the pleasure of meeting Barbara Niven at the B2V hair salon this past week. What first struck me about her was her smile. Not many people smile these days - has anyone noticed??? Barbara and I got to sharing some of our personal stories and asked me if I would like to write an inspirational story. Yes was all I could say!!!
Right after the hair salon I would meet my son and he handed me a book called "Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul 2" - I laughed because on the front of the book was the caption (Stories about Facing Challenges, Realizing Dreams and Making a Difference). Barbara had mentioned at the hair salon she came across a book called "Dreams Into Action". Yes the universe was getting my attention on this one.

Ten Ways to Support Someone in Being Their Best
by Michael Angier
One of the greatest responsibilities we have is to support
ourselves and others in living at our highest and best.
Whether we're parents, partners, friends or leaders, it's
incumbent upon us to help others to live as close to their
unique potential as we can.
With
everything we say and do, we're influencing—positively
or negatively—the people we care about. The ideal is
to do this with consideration and intention. Here are
ten ways you can help others see and realize the best
that's within them.
- Believe
in Them
We all have self-doubts from time to time. Our confidence
is shaken. We lack the faith in our talents and skills
to go for an important promotion or launch a new initiative.
Having someone believe in you at these times is priceless.
The stories of great men and women are saturated with
examples of someone who believed in them even when
they didn't fully believe in themselves.
- Encourage
Them
"You can do it." "I know you can."
These are words that are all-too-infrequently voiced.
Sincere encouragement can go a long way in helping
someone stay the course. The more specific you are,
the better the results. "I remember when you
got through your slump last year and ended up winning
the sales contest. I'm willing to bet that you'll
do even better this time."
